Check out the 10th day of Snowboarder Magazine’s “12 Days of Christmas” edit. It was filmed the night before the Red Bull Plaza at Bear Mountain opened for public.
Featuring Chris Bradshaw, Daniel Brown, Ryan Tarbell, Chad Tarbell, Johnny Miller, Ian Sams and myself.
Last winter I did a lot of work with Kyle Beckmann while in Tahoe. Recently, in the November issue of Snowboarder Magazine, this shot from Kyle was used by Arbor Snowboards as an ad.

The first ever sunrise shoot at Superpark was done this year, and it was well worth waking up at 4am to session the Loon jump. (video clip here in the full video part)

This day was pretty shot, and the decision was going to be made to just let everyone go home or free ride. Instead of calling the shoot, myself and a couple riders suggested trying to get a useable shot over on the c-shaped wall ride. It ended up on page 164 of Snowboarder Magazine’s November issue. Just kind of shows that sometimes improvising can be better than calling the day a bust.
